HOSPITALITY | RETAIL | OFFICE
Zone Design specialises in the design and documentation of hospitality, retail and commercial interior fit outs.
McDonald’s: Rhodes / Spencer Street
One of Zone Designs most successful projects. A very large linear awkward space, well planned into BOH, FOH and dining zones. Beautiful palette of African reds and greens together with pops of black resulted in an outstanding outcome.
Zone Bowling: Surfers Paradise
New concept for the TEEG group has resulted in a contemporary palette for a bowling venue using natural timbers, cement finishes, recycled brickwork, greenery, perforated steel mesh and the brand colour primary colour palette of charcoals, yellows and reds.
Nando’s: St Lukes
One of Zone Designs most successful projects. A very large linear awkward space, well planned into BOH, FOH and dining zones. Beautiful palette of African reds and greens together with pops of black resulted in an outstanding outcome.
El Jannah: Craigieburn
The design palette talks freshness with the pop accent colour of green (think North African hand crafted rich veined tiles) surrounded by a complimentary mutual tonal arrangement of light timbers, beige range crazy paving, white cream wall paints / renders and some black steel work to counteract and give definition.
Jellis Craig: Bentleigh
All in all, a designed & cost effective and inviting palette that creates a warm ambience and stimulates the mind. Well built by Construction Zone Commercial Interiors in a reduced time frame and to a perfect level of finish.
Guzman y Gomez: Croydon
GYG stands for all things authentic, from its food, culture, the restaurant design and the customer experience. Alongside the strong Mexican influence, the GYG urban influence comes straight from the street; rusted, rough, industrial elements.
Nando’s: Bendigo
A complete overhaul of a very large Nando’s restaurant whereby the whole front facade was opened up to create atmosphere and activate the space from the exterior.
ISPT: Foys Arcade
ISPT’s new Experience Centre in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. ISPT office space is a game changer for office collaboration. A design space that pushes the boundaries of a tradition, creating flexible work spaces to encourage collaboration & integration of advanced technology that looks into the future.
Schnitz: Balaclava
The founders of the Schnitz brand wanted to rebrand the look and feel aesthetic from the Bavarian Beer Hall recycled interior look to a more traditional look showing the family roots and history namely Poland.
Ferguson Plarre: Waverley Gardens
The refreshed palette of light bright tones adds to an overall welcoming environment for that special treat. Colour massing of red allows the brand identity to be the hero with remaining design elements creating the narrative of essential ingredients being a base plate or cake base.
TGI Fridays: Surfers Paradise
TGI Friday first restaurant in QLD at Robina Town Centre. Zone Design enjoyed working with the Signature Group and their collaborative property team.
Cannings: Burwood Brickworks / Ivanhoe
Organic greens, natural timbers and stone, articulated charcoal steelwork as a scaling device all combine in an integrated and effortless manner to produce a fine aesthetic.
Timezone: Surfer’s Paradise
Zone Design was very happy with the outcome of Timezone Surfers Paradise, one of the biggest FEC in the Southern hemisphere at over 5,000 sqm and the largest indoor FEC in Australia.
Jellis Craig: Northcote
Clients wish list was for an elevated personal experience that’s relevant for today’s clients. The office space needs to be designed was easy mind; it is a destination which feels inviting; has open staff and client interaction informal zones; is contemporary and distinctive in feel.
Oporto: Surry Hills
Contemporary Portuguese tile patterns and motifs in blues, yellows and reds, juxtaposed with greening elements (Portuguese country side) help create an inviting and activated space.
Zone Bowling: Top Ryde
The result culminates in a fun, dynamic, energetic and contemporary bowling interior that activates the space and encourages a wide demographic to cross the threshold and partake in the many varied gaming activities. Lighting plays a large part with a skygrid design leading the customer through the area to the various zone activities.
Red Rooster
The interior has been activated to form a modern interpretation of an Australia barn with exposed timber stud work, weather board wall linings and also feature elements of pressed steel
Chatime: Chadstone
Situated in a busy mall way in the fashion capital being Chadtsone Shopping centre, Chatime Australia required a bespoke premium designed kiosk.
Chicken Treat
Its hero fried & rotisserie chicken was made the hero with its new menu and a new restaurant concept created. Custom pop art story graphics and a New York style burger hangout influence has placed this burger shop on steroids.
Hooley Dooley: Waurn Ponds
