Timezone: Surfer’s Paradise

Zone Design was very happy with the outcome of Timezone Surfers Paradise, one of the biggest FEC in the Southern hemisphere at over 5,000 sqm and the largest indoor FEC in Australia. After detailed collaboration with the Timezone in-house think tank, the huge area was split up and zoned into activity areas that allow you to navigate  the large footprint with ease.

A colonnade of brick faced columns with planted neon signage bulkheads on leads you to the crossroads of the venue off which the Prizes Store locates and from where most activities can be viewed.

The palette is young, fresh, vibrant and exciting and sets off the tone of the Gold Coast, a destination of fun, family and entertainment. A hero piece was the pool table area which had an enormous black and white Surfers Paradise beach scene from yesteryear, Beach side sea side pavilions dominate the café / bar area giving off a sensory perception about those great sea side holidays.

Bowling, Laser Zone, Bumper Cars, Glow Golf, games arcades, party rooms and a café make this a fun filled hub of entertainment and one which is hard to leave even after a long day’s activities. No better alternative than when the surfs not up. Well built by Construction Zone Commercial Interiors in quick time and with difficult site logistics.
