Trampoline: Brighton

In 1990 Will and Grant Crothers started Burra Foods. In 2000 it was suggested that Burra develop a product unique to them in the Australian market – a signature product. With the best milk, advanced dairy technology and the right resources they wanted a branded retail business supplying a fresh, premium dairy product. Identifying a gap in the market, the idea to create a contemporary, fun brand with surprisingly different products was developed.

The first Trampoline store opened in Brunswick Street, Fitzroy, a diverse food and cafe precinct with an eclectic mix of all things bohemian, trendy, alternative and cool. It was here, in April 2004, that Trampoline was born with a bounce. Construction Zone undertook this project with a bounce and delivered a tasty result full of flavour.
