Jellis Craig: Resevoir

Taking over an existing heritage bank building, complete with walk-in bank vault! Lead to some really interesting design challenges. A quick demolition of the existing fit-out by our sister company Construction Zone revealed some beautiful architectural features that inspired the new design. Exposed beams, soaring ceilings, authentic brick feature walls helped to create an authentic and textural design offering for this bright and open space. New glass French doors opening up the existing courtyard brings natural light and fresh air into a bustling new workplace. Capturing the colorful cultures of Reservoir and Preston with a rich colour pallet, natural timber elements and live plants.

Expertly Constructed by Construction Zone Commercial Interiors in continuous collaboration with the Jellis Craig team, a new workplace with room to grow in Melbourne’s northern growth corridor!
