Guzman y Gomez: Elsternwick

Guzman y Gomez stands for all things authentic, from its food, culture, restaurant design and customer experience. GYG’s urban influence comes straight from the street; rusted, rough, industrial elements.

Authentic materials used in the palette like real concrete, bricks, hardwood timbers, no imitations here! These materials reflect the overarching concept & aesthetic of the GYG brand. Finishes are distressed, textured, layered & imperfect. Designed to age and look even better as a new store settles into the fabric of its community. These finishes together with mesh screening elements, greenery and streetscape lighting ensure a warm and inviting space.
