Empire Steak: Melbourne
A collaborative project with client, Brandworks & Zone Design, Empire Steak is the reinvention of the Steak sanga served in our local Milk Bar. The founders of Empire Steak wanted to remain true to the Australian roots and create a space of fun nostalgia. If a hill’s hoist could fit it would probably have been included.
Park bench BBQ seating, PVC fly strip curtain, corrugated sheet metal and replica timber frame windows create a unique look to evoke possibly the classic milk bar bordering the local suburban park.
