Zone reworked the layout of all areas of the hotel - gaming, public bar, bistro, TAB, restrooms and kitchen - opening up the hotel without losing the cosiness enjoyed by regular patrons. Zone designed a whole new look and feel using the latest products and finishes to create warmth and style. The client benefited from Zone's involvement in all elements of the building process including structural, mechanical and electrical engineering, planning and building permits and project management.
